The site is operated by Toni Meranda under the name Step in by Toni. Toni controls information collected through the forms. For privacy, access, correction, deletion or removal requests, use Contact Toni Meranda · Email Toni. If using the form, select “Privacy / removal from interest list”. Provide an email address for a response.
What we collect and why
For enquiries, we store your name, email address, optional phone number, message, language and submission date so we can handle and respond to your request. The separate interest list stores your name, email, optional topic, language, registration source, date and the version of the consent wording to email course-launch updates you agreed to receive. A guidance enquiry does not subscribe you to marketing.
Your choice
Providing information is voluntary, not legally required. Your name, email and a short message are needed to process an online enquiry. Your name, email and express consent are needed to join the interest list. Phone number and interest topic are optional. Do not submit payment details, health information, therapy histories or sensitive information about yourself or others. Information needed for personal guidance can be discussed separately.
Personal practice
The inner-battery component does not send your selection to the server. The written exercise is intended for your own notebook or file; there is no exercise-answer upload field. Anything you choose to include in the contact form is stored as an enquiry.
Providers and international processing
Toni uses information for the purposes described above. OpenAI Sites and Cloudflare provide hosting, storage, security and authentication infrastructure and process information for those services, potentially outside Israel. Information may also be disclosed where legally required. Enquiries are not public and the administration area is restricted to the owner account.
Cookies and usage data
No advertising pixels, marketing analytics or social-media embeds have been added to the site code. Hosting infrastructure may process network, security and operational data and use cookies needed for authentication and operation. External links are also subject to the destination’s policies. Adding tracking or mailing services will require a further policy and consent review where applicable.
Retention and security
Information is used for the stated purposes and is not intended to be kept unnecessarily. Retention depends on handling the enquiry, consent to updates and applicable legal obligations. You may request deletion when information is no longer needed; any legal reason to retain some information will be considered. Access to enquiries is restricted and the site uses HTTPS. These measures cannot guarantee absolute security.
Your rights and removal from updates
You may request access to personal information held about you and correction or deletion subject to applicable law. Proportionate identity verification may be requested. To stop course updates, use Contact Toni Meranda · Email Toni and provide the registered email address and “Remove”. You do not need to make a purchase or give a reason. Marketing updates will also identify the sender and provide an appropriate removal method.
Young visitors and policy changes
Guidance is offered from age 16. Visitors under 18 should involve a parent or guardian in arranging guidance as appropriate and avoid sharing sensitive information through the form. This policy covers the current forms. Material changes to use of information will be accompanied by notice and consent where required.
